Have
always had oily skin and never needed a moisturizer...until menopause. I
hate the feel of anything on my skin (especially now with hot flashes),
don't like fussy expensive products, etc. but wanted to stay within my
clean/no chem lifestyle so I settled on good old coconut oil. Having
never used moisturizers before, I had no clue what "fractionated" oil
even was but gave it a whirl (after googling) and am glad I did.
As
I'm not using it on my face, just body, I scented it myself with my
essential oils (which was easy since there is no coconut smell to it)
and put it in a nice pump decanter on my bathroom vanity.
It
spreads easily and absorbs into the skin relatively quickly so there is
no oily residue floating/shining on top of the skin or getting on my
clothes. Just a nice healthy skin glow. My body looked/felt like MY
pre-menopause skin again after just a few days.
As this is the first brand I tried, I cant comment on whose is better, etc. I'm just happy with this one.
